Roslyn Solomon works as an executive coach, educator and team facilitator at all levels of corporate, government, tertiary and community organizations. Through her understanding of people and organizations, developed over 25 years of facilitating human development, she focuses on building insight into the connections between strategic, organizational and relationship issues, thereby facilitating executives to use their new understanding to more effectively lead change.
