Klaus  Nienhaus 

Klaus is coaching executives, managers, entrepreneurs and self-employed in South East Asia. Together with other associates he has set up a multi-cultural management coaching practice in Singapore, serving multinational companies by developing suitable staff into coaching leaders and offering executive performance, talent development, career and cross-cultural coaching.

He is also coaching clients in or from China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK and US, conducting his coaching in English or German. He has lived in Asia since 1987.

Before starting his coaching career he accrued more than 20 years of banking experience, developed in Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore. He has held senior management positions as Vice President and Director of Germany's second largest bank, Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG HVB’, at HVB-Asia, Singapore and as head of their Regional Service Centre Asia in Singapore.

His education includes an honours degree in economics, studies in political science, the German vocational banking diploma and Coaching Certificates for Corporate and Individual Coaching (Graduate of Coach U and Corporate Coach U, USA). He is a member of the Singapore Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF-ACC) as well as a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC); he is also serving as Chairman of the subcommittee Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) of the Singaporean German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC). He is a German citizen and Singapore PR.
