Maria has been working as a trainer, coach and facilitator for over 10 years, conducting programs and providing services in the following areas: Emotional Intelligence, People-Centered Management, Team-development, and other areas of intra- and interpersonal skills. She provides facilitation for companies to define their vision, mission & values and to develop implementation strategies and desired organizational cultures. Since 2001 she is involved in personal and executive coaching. Her work includes management assessments, benchmarking, and assessment-based management development as well as employee satisfaction surveys and related consulting work.
She believes there’s always a “higher” level to take one’s life, performance, business, or team, even if the current situation is already impressive. Her coaching supports individuals to continuously develop their potential and transform their visions into reality. People describe her as inspiring, encouraging, focused, being able to get things done, having strong people skills and empathy.
She has worked with multi-national companies from five continents—Asia, North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand—and within several industries including the service industry, manufacturing, banking/finance, and engineering.
Maria has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a certified Management Consultant. In 2001 she was trained as a Personal and Executive Coach. She is a certified Life Skills Coach and Behavioral Consultant and is certified to use the EQ-I Emotional & Social Intelligence assessment.
