Donald  J.  Huse 

Don is an experienced executive coach, working with business and government organizations in support of their leadership and management development programs. In this regard, Don has designed, developed, and facilitated workshops in leadership skills, performance management, and the coaching style of leadership.

He has also coached numerous executives from a range of Asian nations, including Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore to strengthen their individual management and leadership skills. Don has provided individual coaching to executives on such areas as strengthening their leadership skills, managing production facilities, performance management, marketing, and new business initiatives.

He has coached individuals in preparation for promotions into new assignments; on how to deal with change-management; in building collaborative teams; and in talent development. Don comes to coaching as a successful business leader with over 30 years of hands-on management in international banking centers throughout Asia-Pacific. These assignments have given Don significant cross-cultural management experience.

Over the past three decades, he has developed excellent people skills -- coaching, training, managing, mentoring, motivating, networking, and leading. Don is also an experienced trainer having led numerous workshops and seminars during his career on such subjects as leadership, managing for results, and risk management.
