Richard  T.  Butler 

Richard Butler is an executive leadership coach who helps facilitates the leader’s ability to influence positive cultural change within their organization. Richard utilizes process consultation methods to analyze perceived assumptions and help identify shared values, missions and strategies. Richard specializes in coaching senior executives, emerging leaders and teams.

Prior to establishing his coaching practice Richard worked as a senior manager in the health and fitness industry. He has gained extensive experience in business development, strategic planning and has exceptional business intuition to drive new initiatives. As a part-time adjunct instructor Richard teaches Organizational Ethics and Multicultural Perspectives in Organizations to students in the Leadership Studies program at Robert Morris University.

Richard has an MS degree in Organizational Leadership and he daily applies the principles and theories of leadership and change management, leadership and decision making and leaders as communicators to his coaching sessions.
