Dr. Dolly has more than 15 years of successful Learning and Development experience with a unique combination of both Academic and Corporate stints. Her belief in the capacity of human potential, coupled with her strong technical skills, exceptional people skills combining empathy and insight and her international experience are her strengths which have helped her design and deliver a number of client centred innovative solutions that have benefited the organization and the individual.

In addition to working with CEOs and top teams, she has also developed students, trainers, officers and executives, having conducted the entire gamut of management development programmes from presentation skills, influencing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills to top team strategic workshops. Her varied corporate experience includes setting up and leading learning & development units for organizations, top team strategic interventions, management development, talent management, succession planning, executive coaching and counseling, in essence, aiding organizations in their endeavour to attract, retain and motivate their employee staff through best practice OD and HR interventions
