See Luan received his Professional Coach certification through the International Coach Federation and his as certification as a High Impact Teaming Coach through High Impact Teaming LLC. He has also completed 16 months of training in Global Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders through the Academia Global Executive Training Institute and received the Certificate of Proficiency in Competency Applications from Hay/McBer.

See Luan is also a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Life Underwriter. See Luan is the Founder and immediate past President of the Singapore Chapter of ICF and the Founder President of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches. He is also a Fellow and former Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management.
