Eileen Lichtenstein, MS. Ed., PCC offers innovative training, speaking, consulting and coaching services in the realm of stress management/reduction and life balance to individuals and groups, integrating mind/body modalities with coaching and training.

A graduate of Corporate Coach University Intl., Eileen has coaching certification with the International Coach Federation. A trained biofeedback and mindfulness-based stress reduction (yoga, meditation, breath) practitioner and a certified trainer/lifestyle counselor, she has been in the wellness, stress management and therapeutic movement/fitness facilitation arena for 20 years within medical, educational and corporate environments.
